Welcome to Sandy Serenity PCB, our exquisite Beach House designed for an unforgettable getaway. This brand-new, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property sleeps 13 comfortably and is situated next to the Signal Hill 18-hole Golf Course, just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beach.

Tastefully designed, the house combines modern furnishings with an open floor plan, making it ideal for family vacations or entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances, includes an island bar seating 4 and a dining table seating 6.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets allowed
- Keep food in designated areas; avoid bedrooms
- Use the outdoor shower and garage for beach items
- Promptly clean spills and report damages
- Do not move outdoor trash can
- Dispose of trash properly; extra charges for littering
- Excessive messes or unreported damage may incur additional fees.

You must be 21 years old in order book this home and the person who is booking must be present for the entire stay. If under 21 send an inquiry and exemptions can be made; with a security deposit and agreeing to the house rules of NO HOUSE PARTY OR SMOKING.

We kindly remind you that our residence strictly upholds a non-smoking and non-vaping policy, both indoors and outdoors on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, with the responsible party being held accountable for incurred cleaning charges. Additionally, we encourage you to thoroughly review our cancellation policy prior to confirming your reservation. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations stemming from travel challenges, adverse weather conditions, illness, or family emergencies. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to reach out. For added financial protection against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend considering travel insurance at the time of booking.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited within our home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
