Welcome to Sandy Serenity PCB, our exquisite Beach House designed for an unforgettable getaway. This brand-new, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property sleeps 15 comfortably and is situated next to the Signal Hill 18-hole Golf Course, just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beach.

Tastefully designed, the house combines modern furnishings with an open floor plan, making it ideal for family vacations or entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances, includes an island bar seating 4 and a dining table seating 6.

Additionally, we encourage you to thoroughly review our cancellation policy prior to confirming your reservation. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations stemming from travel challenges, adverse weather conditions, illness, or family emergencies. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to reach out. For added financial protection against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend considering travel insurance at the time of booking.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited within our home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
